“The wings of humankind is its aspirations” ~ Rumi.

I aspire to give to my community by teaching my love and knowledge of yoga to this Kula at Sol Health. I have been teaching Hatha and Vinyasa for nearly six years now after becoming certified while I was pregnant with my third beautiful daughter, back in March of 2014… what a whirlwind that was!

My love of yoga came almost instantly. I took my first class in February of 2013 and I was hooked. It spoke to my soul to move my body with intention and know that I was exactly where I needed to be. Later, then helping people with my words and watching their movements through these same postures was a magical feeling. I found my calling.

In Hatha, I find my balance. In vinyasa, I find my creativity. I use the tools that yoga has given me throughout all aspects of my life, the breathe being the most important. Remembering to breathe while teaching, in work, in motherhood, being a wife, and also a friend. I’ve met the most amazing people through yoga… it has truly transformed the way I live.

My goal is to bring the light and love that I feel for yoga, to each and every person who walks through our doors. To make them feel like part of our family.  To not take themselves to seriously and to have fun with their practice. To help them reach their physical, mental, and spiritual aspirations. I’m so excited to see everyone on their mats! Namaste.
