Scope of Practice:

Our studio will not engage in the unauthorized practice of medicine. We will not recommend treatment, diagnose a condition, or suggest that a student should disregard a physician’s advice. We will refer our students to medical doctors or complimentary licensed professionals when appropriate.

Tardiness:

Our classes are designed to hold an intimate and impactful space for students to connect and grow. Arriving late to class is a disruption to other students and is a liability for our teachers and facility. We do not tolerate tardiness in our classes for any reason. We encourage students to arrive a minimum of 10 minutes before class time to allow adequate time to settle into the space.

Class Cancellation:

Reservations that are cancelled within 3 hours of class time will be charged a $15 late cancellation fee.

Memberships:

Sol Heath Yoga offers memberships on an autopay monthly/annual basis. In addition, Sol Health Yoga offers class cards, workshops and series in support of your wellness.

ONE MONTH ONLY: This is a non-contractual option. The start date of this membership begins on the date of purchase and will expire 1 month after purchase date. There is no commitment with this package. This package gives unlimited access to our weekly schedule. This may not be transferred or shared with another student.

Monthly Unlimited: defined as an individual membership that may not be shared or transferred. Monthly Unlimited will automatically renew each month at the same price as long as the account is current. There is a 3 month minimum commitment to this package. If a student does not wish to commit for 3 months, they are better to pay more for the ‘ONE MONTH ONLY’ package. Any cancellation requests will be honored after the 3 month commitment.

Annual Unlimited: will auto renew each year on the same anniversary date at the original purchase price. This is an individual membership that may not be shared or transferred.

Class cards: include options for auto renewal and non-renewal. Class cards are for 1 individual and can not be transferred or shared. Students on a renewing class card will have their classes stack for as long as their account is active and current.

Introductory Offers: available one time only, on the first visit to our studio. Introductory offers are valid for 13 days after your first class. All students must have a unique online account associated with a unique email address. Friends and family members may not share the same email address.

Purchase and Refund Policy:

All purchases are non-refundable, extendable or transferable from one student to another. The value of Gift Cards and client accounts cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded and may only be used for in-studio purchases.

Sol Health Yoga will not issue refunds for any used or unused memberships, class cards or private sessions. 

Sol Health Yoga will issue an account credit for cancelled series or workshops if a written request is made +5 days in advance of the series or workshop. Requests should be emailed to: accounts@solhealthyoga.com.

Cancellation Policy:

Please email all requests to accounts@solhealthyoga.com.

To cancel your Autopay, please provide a written request +5 days of members auto billing date. Cancellation done 5+ days in advance will be processed on the same billing cycle. Cancellation requests made within 5 days of members autopay billing date will be processed on the next billing cycle. 

Auto Monthly Membership: Cancellation request made for monthly membership must be beyond the 3 month commitment. Any requests made within the 3 month commitment, will be honored at the future date when 3 month contract has expired.

Freeze Policy:

Monthly Unlimited Memberships may be frozen for one month increments. The freeze is activated at the start of the next billing cycle. The cost to freeze is $25 per month for each month the account is frozen. This allows the member to maintain the current discounted pricing. To freeze your Monthly Autopay, please provide written notice to accounts@solhealthyoga.com +5 days before the billing date of your membership.

General Terms and Conditions:

By booking into and attending a class or workshop/series with us, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to the following terms and conditions:

All purchases of products and merchandise are final. No refunds or credits are provided.

Unpaid classes or membership payments will be back-charged.

It is the responsibility of the student to notify teachers of any previous injury, illness, or conditions that may impact their practice.

Front doors are locked at the start of class when there is no front desk staff. For safety reasons, no late entry is permitted and leaving class early is strongly discouraged. We recommend arriving a minimum of 10 minutes prior to class time.

Sol Health Yoga is not responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belongings. Mobile phones, watches, and devices must be turned off while in studio.

Reservations that are canceled within 3 hours of class time will be charged a $15 LATE CANCELLATION FEE. Please cancel if you are unable to attend to make your space available to others.

Every effort is made to hold class on time. The schedule is subject to change without prior notice. Please check the online schedule for the most up-to-date schedule.

Sol Health Yoga reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

In attending classes/workshops/series at Sol Health Yoga, you agree that neither you, your heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Sol Health Yoga LLC, Sol Health teachers/employees or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Privacy Policy:

Sol Health Yoga is committed to protecting your personal information.

We won’t share your information.
