Maya Revilla Ehnat

Maya completed her RYT200 in 2013, specializing in Hatha (26/2) yoga. This began her teaching journey, and has created a foundation for her to build knowledge as she began to go down the rabbit hole of “Yoga”.

Since then, she has completed a 100 hour ACROVINYASA training with Honza and Claudine Lafond through YogaBeyond, 40 hour Hatha/Raja with Ananda, 50 hour Yin Teacher Training with Pamela Chang through Bala Yoga, Doula Training at The Birthing Inn, Prenatal Training with Megan Sloan through Three Trees Yoga, The Art of Intuitive Adjustments with Meredith Holcomb through Three Trees Yoga, Usui Reiki and Energy Medicine with Shawna Fisher, SKY (Sudarshan Kriya Yoga) Breath Meditation with Art of Living, Yoga & Meditation with DiAnne Bergmann through Sol Health, 100 hours in Deconstruct to Reconstruct with Alexandria Crow through Yoga Physics, and has completed her RYT500 with Dashama through Pranashama/Flow State.

Through her love of travel and exploration, she has co-created and led +10 yoga retreats around the world including Mexico, Costa Rica, Bali, and Sedona totaling hundreds of participants.

In November of 2016, she gave birth to her first son, Alder Jade, at home in Graham. In March of 2020 she gave birth to her second son, Hawthorne Onyx, in her home in Graham. Shortly thereafter, Sol Health was birthed in August of 2020 in Puyallup. Within a couple of years her daughter, Magnolia Opal, was then born in May of 2022 in her home as well. She feels motherhood is the deepest aspect of yoga, that she has practiced thus far.

She specializes in a soft approach to balance and healing, and provides a space for her students to feel empowered while using their own intuition to guide their journey.
