Jessica Gaegon

Jessica first discovered yoga as a child, attending classes with her mom, but it wasn’t until 2016 that she experienced her first impactful practice—one that left her feeling both powerful and deeply connected. After establishing a more consistent practice the following year, her curiosity and passion eventually led her into teacher training. She completed her first training in 2023 at Hot26 in Puyallup, where she gained a foundation in Hatha yoga and was introduced to the philosophy of the 8 limbs. That awareness sparked a deeper journey of aligning body, mind, and spirit.

Eager to expand her knowledge, Jessica continued her education through Sol Health Yoga’s mentorship program in 2024 and Sol Health Yoga’s comprehensive teacher training later that year. These experiences helped her find her authentic teaching voice and a deeper understanding of yoga beyond the mat. While she once thought she wanted to move away from Hatha, she has since come to hold the practice close to her heart, appreciating it as a complete and balanced system. She now also enjoys exploring Aerial yoga, as well as cultivating an interest in Yin, Moving Meditation, and Vinyasa.

As a teacher, Jessica emphasizes a breath centered approach, encouraging students to honor their bodies with patience and self-compassion. Her classes invite a sense of balance and grounding, reminding students that yoga is just as much about living with gratitude and presence in daily life as it is about the physical practice. Whether guiding Hatha or Aerial, her intention is to inspire self-love, respect, and a deeper appreciation for the body’s wisdom.
