Royce Han

Royce discovered yoga in 2018 during a hot Vinyasa class in Fayetteville, NC. What began as a challenge quickly became a source of transformation—each practice inviting him to return, explore, and grow. After years of dedicated hot yoga practice, Royce joined Sol Health Yoga in Spring 2023, where the balance of Sol and Luna practices inspired him to cultivate sustainability and self-awareness on the mat. Following 12 years of military service, he completed his RYT200 with Sol Health in Fall 2024, finding renewed purpose and structure through the teachings and community that first inspired him.

Continuing his path, Royce completed Sol Health’s 100-hour Mentorship Program in Spring 2025, deepening his experience through community teaching. He now specializes in Moving Meditation, Hatha, and Yin—offering classes that are calm, accessible, and rooted in presence. With a soothing voice and unhurried pace, Royce creates a non-judgmental space for students to reconnect to their center. His intention is to inspire others to embrace themselves fully, move with gratitude, and find balance—on and off the mat.
