The Ghosh Yoga System class is a specialty intermediate Hatha practice inspired by the lineage of Bishnu Ghosh in Calcutta, India. This method takes a therapeutic approach, with each posture designed to strengthen, stretch, and cleanse specific areas of the body. By targeting individual parts, the system as a whole becomes healthier, stronger, and more balanced. Open to all students—attendance in a Hatha class is recommended but not required.
