Floating Sound Bath

Join Desi for a meditative sound bath experience. Together we will embark on a multi-sensory experience to reflect inward while arriving in sweet surrender. Through the practice of meditation, gentle movement, journaling and finding a sense of release during the sound bath, my hope is that at the conclusion of our time together, you will leave this space with a feeling of uplifting renewal and serenity.

This experience is a donation-based gathering with 100% of the donations going to Sol Health’s ‘Open Your Heart’ non-profit foundation to provide student scholarships within the Sol Health Kula. Suggested donation for the ground sound bath option is $20 per participant and for the floating sound bath option is $40 per participant.

The Ghosh Yoga System class is a specialty intermediate Hatha practice inspired by the lineage of Bishnu Ghosh in Calcutta, India. The gentle sounds of a Chakra Overtone Drum, Crystal Singing Bowls, and Koshi Chimes will cascade around you producing powerful vibrations that resonate throughout your body, promoting relaxation and healing on a cellular level. This gentle and empowering class is designed for seniors, those with limited mobility, beginners, or anyone recovering from injury—or simply seeking a mindful, slower-paced practice. Chair Yoga offers a supportive way to build strength, improve balance, increase mobility, and boost confidence in your body.

You’ll be guided through seated and standing poses using the chair for stability, along with intentional breathwork and calming meditation. Each 75-minute class is adjusted to meet the needs of the group, and ends in a peaceful savasana—either lying down or seated, depending on your comfort.

At Sol Health, we believe in cultivating community through movement, presence, and self-trust. This class is a space to reconnect with your body, meet yourself where you are, and leave feeling both grounded and uplifted.

Please bring a yoga mat and water. (Mat rentals available for $7. Chairs are provided.)

We gather together every New Moon to set intentions for the upcoming cycle. Every Full Moon we hold space for the growth that has occurred throughout the last cycle, and to release that which we are ready to let go of.
