Mother’s Day Floating + Grounded Sound Bath with Desi

Join Desi for a special Mother’s Day meditative sound bath experience designed to nourish, soften, and restore.

Please arrive with an open mind and a willingness to become fully present. Together we will embark on a multi-sensory journey of gentle movement, meditation, journaling, and immersive sound — creating space to reflect inward and arrive in sweet surrender.

This offering includes two experience options:

Floating Experience (6 spaces available)
Six participants will rest in silk hammocks, gently suspended above the earth for a deeply held, cocooned experience. Floating allows the body to fully surrender while sound vibrations move through you in a unique and supportive way. Floating spaces will be assigned in order of registration — first enrolled will have first opportunity to float.

Grounded Experience (4 spaces available)
Four participants will enjoy the sound bath from a grounded floor setup, supported by a yoga mat and cozy props. This option offers a deeply rooted, steady connection to the earth while still fully immersed in the sound journey.

Join Desi for a meditative sound bath experience. Please arrive with an open mind, and a willingness to become fully present. Items that you may find helpful for your full sense of comfort are a blanket, socks, water, a yoga mat (if in the grounded option), and any meaningful items that will help you focus inward during our meditation and journaling moments (such as but not limited to a special pen that you enjoy to use, a stone or crystal to help focus on, or any other small item that holds significance in your life). Together we will embark on a multi-sensory experience to reflect inward while arriving in sweet surrender. Through the practice of meditation, gentle movement, journaling and finding a sense of release during the sound bath, my hope is that at the conclusion of our time together, you will leave this space with a feeling of uplifting renewal and serenity.

Prenatal Womb Yoga

This series is dedicated to pregnant bodies who are searching to connect with the sensations of motherhood. Each class will foster community and connection through shared experience and fluid movement. Maya will help create an opportunity to share and reflect in the physical and emotional transformations of pregnancy. She will then guide you through a gentle yoga practice, allowing your intuition to lead the movements within your body in a safe and pleasurable way. Whether you are within the beginning stages of pregnancy or are full term, there is a place for you in our circle.
