In this workshop we will learn some skills to aid in moving the mind from the Sympathetic Nervous System (fight, flight, freeze) of chaos to the calm of the Parasympathetic Nervous System (rest, relax and digest). You will leave this workshop with the understanding, skills and toolkit to develop your own consistent Mindfulness and Meditation Practice.
