A Christ-centered approach to gentle and restorative aerial yoga, which is asana (poses), pranayama (breath work), and mindfulness. Class will be held in the Luna Shala. Our time together will include prayer, mindfulness, and slow gentle movement using our aerial silks, and Bible scriptures. Bring an aerial silk (available for rental too), mat, water, journal, and a willingness to join in community on this journey of life together. Sound Bath

Join Desi for a meditative sound bath experience. Please arrive with an open mind, and a willingness to become fully present. Items that you may find helpful for your full sense of comfort are a blanket, socks, water, a yoga mat (a mat can be handy for the grounded option). Together we will embark on a multi-sensory experience to reflect inward while arriving in sweet surrender. Through the practice of meditation, immersive relaxation, and finding a sense of release during the sound bath, my hope is that at the conclusion of our time together, you will leave this space with a feeling of uplifting renewal and serenity.

This experience is a donation-based gathering with 100% of the donations going to Sol Health’s ‘Open Your Heart’ non-profit foundation to provide student scholarships within the Sol Health Kula. Suggested donation for this experience is based on a sliding scale of $0-$40 per participant. No one will be turned away for being unable to make a donation. Aerial Yoga

Open gym time to practice in a safe, inclusive, and distraction-free environment. With the support of two aerial yoga teachers present to answer questions and provide movement inspiration, you will have the opportunity to workshop postures, transitions, or sequences in a dedicated space. No formal instruction will be provided during this time, as this space will be offered for your individual skill building, aerial conditioning, working through more intermediate postures, and to enjoy camaraderie amongst fellow aerial yogis.
