In our Fundamental Flow Aerial Yoga class, you will find empowerment to move through many familiar yoga poses utilizing a silk hammock while expanding upon skills you have previously gained during your intro series. We will continue the practice of linking breath with movement through the emphasis of playful exploration of choreography with mindful techniques to ensure a well-balanced practice that will systematically address every major muscle group in the body while leaving you fully immersed in your aerial yoga experience.
