The gentle sounds of a Chakra Overtone Drum, Crystal Singing Bowls, and Koshi Chimes will cascade around you producing powerful vibrations that resonate throughout your body, promoting relaxation and healing on a cellular level. This is a gentle practice with a goal of complete surrender of body and mind that promotes soothing relaxation. Our Aerial drop in class is for those students that have taken our aerial series or can demonstrate they are experienced in the silk hammocks.
