Join Desi for a meditative sound bath experience. Please arrive with an open mind, and a willingness to become fully present. Items that you may find helpful for your full sense of comfort are a blanket, socks, water, a yoga mat (if in the grounded option), and any meaningful items that will help you focus inward during our meditation and journaling moments (such as but not limited to a special pen that you enjoy to use, a stone or crystal to help focus on, or any other small item that holds significance in your life).
