Sound Bath

Join Desi for a meditative sound bath experience. Please arrive with an open mind, and a willingness to become fully present. Items that you may find helpful for your full sense of comfort are a blanket, socks, water, a yoga mat (if in the grounded option), and any meaningful items that will help you focus inward during our meditation and journaling moments (such as but not limited to a special pen that you enjoy to use, a stone or crystal to help focus on, or any other small item that holds significance in your life). Together we will embark on a multi-sensory experience to reflect inward while arriving in sweet surrender. Through the practice of meditation, gentle movement, journaling and finding a sense of release during the sound bath, my hope is that at the conclusion of our time together, you will leave this space with a feeling of uplifting renewal and serenity.
